Employment

The graduates of these trainings are to be equipped with the necessary business management skills to enable them to find sustainable jobs. The contractor is to track the employment status of the graduates for a period no less than one year. It is expected that %35 of the graduates will find suitable sustainable jobs within three months after the completion of the training course. Therefore, the training programs should be designed around the concept of directly employing those participants.

Specific business training topics addressing the actual economic needs for the neighborhoods is well desired. For example, if the district is well-known for its religious tourism, then topics related to that field is encouraged.

Beginning with the completion of the first group of the training, IACCI will conduct a telephone survey to measure the effectiveness of the program in terms of job placement.

Beginning the second month of the program, IACCI will commence with the submission of monthly reports to track the effectiveness of the program in terms of employment, including the number of new jobs found and the field of specialization of the jobs.

Although IACCI will not be providing employment service assistance, IACCI will track job opportunities that have been filled by our graduates for the duration of the program.
