Employment
The graduates of these trainings
are to be equipped with the necessary business management skills to
enable them to find sustainable jobs. The contractor is to track the
employment status of the graduates for a period no less than one year.
It is expected that %35 of the graduates will find suitable sustainable
jobs within three months after the completion of the training course.
Therefore, the training programs should be designed around the concept
of directly employing those participants.
Specific business training topics
addressing the actual economic needs for the neighborhoods is well
desired. For example, if the district is well-known for its religious
tourism, then topics related to that field is encouraged.
Beginning with the completion of
the first group of the training, IACCI will conduct a telephone survey
to measure the effectiveness of the program in terms of job placement.
Beginning the second month of the
program, IACCI will commence with the submission of monthly reports to
track the effectiveness of the program in terms of employment, including
the number of new jobs found and the field of specialization of the
jobs.
