We often hear that Iraq is primed to be one of the richest and most prosperous countries in the Middle East and often Oil is mentioned as significant reason where Iraq holds the second largest oil reserve in the world, coupling that with the massive effort required for the reconstruction of Iraq, around 100-200 billion by some estimates and you have the magic formula for success and growth. However, without Human Capital ready and able to make it happen we end up with nothing, Iraqis in general need massive amounts of training in every aspect from ESL to be able to communicate with the rest of the world, English is the standard language for international business to management, finance, administration, and IT, these are some of the tools necessary to build the new Iraq. IACCI from its humble beginning back in May 2003 realized the disconnect between the potential of its 7000 members and there inability to run modern companies able to respond to the challenges at hand and therefore we decided early on to make training one of our major departments by offering:

  1. Proven Record, since May 2003 IACCI has trained thousands of students all over Iraq , one student at a time and we worked with Iraqi Central Government, Kurdistan Regional Government and foreign organizations where we signed and executed major training contracts with USAID, IRMO, IRD , MNF, CIPE, IOM, USIP and others, an undisputed record in a very difficult environment
  2. Curriculum, there are three major tracks; ESL “using Headway from Oxford University with five levels”, Management and Administration “Business Edge, with thirty two courses from IFC, International Financial Corporation, part of World Bank, IACCI is the only authorized representative in Iraq”, and IT “ICDL, International Computer Driver License, with millions of students using this standard course” . IACCI uses only original training material without making illegal copies and select the best books and training aides available from around the world
  3. Certification, IACCI offers full certification for all courses if and when appropriate and in all cases students receive IACCI certification.
  4. Classroom, IACCI offers appropriate teacher to student ratios to offer students the best learning environment, moreover we use laptops where appropriate and often all classrooms are outfitted with Data show and other learning aids for optimum learning experience.
  5. Instructors, IACCI instructors are some of the best in the industry with experience in there perspective subject matter, with some forty instructors working full time to cover all our clients’ needs. Instructors are trained in some cases outside Iraq to be certified and we continue to attract the best candidates because they know with IACCI they have the environment to grow and continue to learn
  6. Customization, what makes us unique is our ability to respond to customer needs no matter what they might be, from unique offerings to localized classes in any city or neighborhood. In the past and today we have conducted training in some of the most difficult environments, cities like Taji, Iskandiryia, most cities around Baghdad like Doura, Adhamiya, Mansour, Sadr City, 9 Nissan, Abu Grab, Erbil, Sulimania, in the near future we will be in Mosel, Ramadi, Fallujah and Al Qaim
  7. Scheduling: IACCI takes the time to understand our client’s requirments and we then offer very flexible scheduling that suits our customer’s needs. In some cases we go to clients sites to offer training if client’s requirements are such that training on site is preferable and we can respond quickly, in one case we trained 2800 students in ESL in Baghdad in a record 2.5 months, from project start that included recruiting and set up of five locations, training and certifications
  8. Reporting, IACCI prides itself on a timely and accurate reporting to its clients on the progress and development of its classes and project offering a variety of evaluations from daily attendance to pictures of each and every class, to end of course evaluations, to follow up many months after the training to make sure that students are employed and our training was significant to help them get jobs
  9. Quality, IACCI ensures that all courses are taught in accordance with our syllabus, which sets the standard for the level of quality that is consistent with any course that is offered.
